Some call it the greatest transition ever in the history of computing … the migration of blockchains to a quantum-robust world. Overall, the actual migration time will be measured in months, as the computation involved is so great. The migration times will typically relate to the blockchain type, and where Ed25519-based blockchains (eg Solana) will have an easier migration than those based on ECDSA (eg Ethereum and Bitcoin).
