Botan — Japanese for peony flower — is an open source cryptography library, and is commonly used with AWS. It normally integrates with C, C++, and Python, but can integrate with most languages. The supported symmetric key methods are AES, Blowfish, CAST, DES, TripleDES, GOST, IDEA, Noekeon, SHACAL2, SM4, Serpent, ThreeFish, TwoFish, ChaCha20, RC4, and Sala20:
